Our multi-stage filtration process ensures that industrial wastewater is transformed into reusable or safely dischargeable water.
1. Pre-Treatment
Removal of large solids, fats, oils, and grease via coarse/fine screening and oil-skimmer chambers. Protects downstream mechanical and pumping modules.
2. Primary (Chemical) Treatment
Flash mixing, chemical flocculation, coagulation, and clarification processes to settle out heavy suspended solids and neutralize extreme pH levels.
3. Secondary (Biological) Treatment
Aerobic or anaerobic digestion using specialized biological microbes to break down dissolved organic effluents. Includes high-efficiency Activated Sludge (ASP) and MBBR bioreactors.
4. Tertiary (Advanced)
Final polishing utilizing Multi-Grade Sand filters, Activated Carbon filters, ultrafiltration, and UV sterilization to meet specific recycling requirements.
